Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited (ISPRL) Phase II Scheme No. 1964
Government of India has approved Construction of Caverns Phase II. Cost of Land and construction cost will be borne by Government by allocation of budget under this scheme. For development of commercial cum strategic petroleum reserves (SPR) under phase-II at Chandikhol, Odisha and Padur II, Karnataka and dedicated single point mooring (SPM) and associated pipelines on Design, built, finance, operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis under PPP mode.
Payment to ISPRL for Strategic Crude Oil Reserve (O and M) - Scheme No. 1643
Budget requirement under this scheme is with respect to day-to-day O&M expenses with respect to Caverns and other facilities constructed at 3 locations and HO which includes expenses like Manpower Expenses, Electricity Expenses, Insurance Cost, Operation cost, Consumables, etc.in view of their essential strategic nature for meeting the energy security needs of the country.
